Why you have low Confidence?
Have you ever wanted to do something and a little voice in your head said you couldn’t do it? And you believed it. There’s that negative part of your brain that you’ve always known existed and it’s a part of you, so what it is telling you is true right?

Wrong. It’s not. The little voice is your subconscious speaks are a repetition of what it has heard over the years.

How to increase your Confidence?
The remedy to stopping that negative voice in your head causing you low Confidence is by using affirmations.

Affirmations are positive phrases you say often to make your subconscious adopt it, to fuel your positivity, increase your confidence and self-esteem.

Affirmations help you replace the negative thoughts in your head with positive ones and I have compiled a list of affirmations you can start with.

To use these affirmations, read through them and whichever feels good to you, write it down in a journal or a piece of paper so you won’t forget. Do it when you wake up or when you’re about to go to sleep for better results.

  1. When I was right out of college and had my first job in Sales, I sat in my car and read affirmations before every sales appointment. I love affirmations. They really do start to work…you just have to believe.

  4. Hi Rachel. I always find this sort of thing very interesting. How long each day would somebody need to repeat the affirmation(s)? And over what period of time? (Is it a case of doing it for 1 month and then stop or does it need to be done continually?)

  5. I have recently found the benefit of positive affirmations. My sons school has a deck of affirmation cards and the children can choose a card that resonates the most with them. I love the idea and I think it has helped my son to see things differently. Thank you for sharing yours!
